Owners of The Hotel at Huntington Square, Mat Clark and Heather Walker-Clark, met in 2013 and almost as suddenly as organically an intimate connection was formed amongst the two and a business partnership was born out of the need both saw to invest time and resources in community revitalization efforts for downtown Jonesboro, AR. Although at the time, and even more so in present day, downtown Jonesboro offered unique food and recreation, there was a total void of temporary overnight accommodations—making it difficult for guests of Jonesboro to “stay, work, and play” downtown.
Mat and Heather set out to meet this need, and thus, arose their passion project turned huge business venture —Intersect311 Apart-Hotel, now The Hotel at Huntington Square. After years of researching, planning, budgeting, construction, and accessing financing, the only non-chain hotel in the region and the only hotel in downtown Jonesboro, is thrilled to host guests and residents of Jonesboro since 2017, providing a unique experience with each stay, while always offering a comfortable, clean, and safe environment that aims to make every guest feel at home.

Book your stay in one of our one-bedroom suites/studios or deluxe studio located in our boutique hotel, two-bedroom townhouses at Monroe Place, or three-bedroom townhouses at Madison Place. Because each unit offers a unique experience, guests will be able to choose a space that is right for them from a variety of affordable options that all include kitchens/kitchenettes, a washer and dryer, 24-hour “contactless” self-check-in, Wi-Fi, & HULU TV. Furry Friends are always welcome at Intersect311 too!

Huntington Square is a 5-acre locally planned, owned, and managed get-a-way of EAT, PLAY, PARTY, STAY in downtown offering unique experiences to residents and visitors alike. The scene offers amenities that include a boutique hotel with one, two, and three bedroom suites, a speakeasy restaurant and lounge that can also be used for private gatherings and corporate retreats on certain days, and a fun local bar & grill that offers indoor and outdoor games such as baggo, pickleball, pool, darts, board games, and a diverse menu that is great for all people! Our guests come to the Square to indulge in live music, community, family, and good food, where everyone feels included! The Porch and Hotel both provide a kid and dog-friendly environment, where everyone feels relaxed and we often hear “thank you for creating a space where we can just be ourselves.” The Lounge is the newest addition to the Square where fine dining, tapas style, meets sophisticated decor and crafty cocktails. Our low-key live music sets the mood for any occasion to come lounge with us! We welcome you to the Square!
